This delightful apartment is located in the heart of Finalborgo’s historic center. The property features a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a loggia overlooking the Piazza della Sacrestia, two well-equipped bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is also a secure cellar that can store up to two bicycles, along with a garage for additional bikes.

The Space

The bedrooms face west, allowing for afternoon sunlight, and overlook the charming streets of this medieval village. The living room and kitchen face east, creating a pleasant airflow when the windows are opened, keeping the apartment cool during summer. While there is no air conditioning, a portable fan is provided. The living room opens onto the loggia, where guests can enjoy meals at a small table, have an aperitif, or enjoy breakfast. The cellar accommodates up to two bicycles, and if you have more than two, we provide an additional storage area 700 meters from the apartment at no extra charge. For safety reasons, the mezzanine is not accessible to guests.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes a wardrobe in the hallway, one wardrobe per bedroom, a double-door wardrobe in the master bedroom, and ample kitchen cabinets for groceries. Additional blankets and bedspreads are available in the master bedroom’s wardrobe and the chest of drawers in the second bedroom. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
